1.1.3 During the unloading process, handle with care, and do not pry, shake or drop. When lifting doors and windows, their surfaces should be lined with non-metallic soft materials, and a firm and balanced focus point should be selected on the outer edges of the doors and windows, and no lifting bars should be inserted into the frame to avoid rough handling (as shown in the figure below).
1.1.4 When lifting the finished window, use at least two vertical and one horizontal three straps for reinforcement to prevent the finished window from falling off during the lifting process and ensure safety.
5.2.5 For safety reasons, except for special circumstances, no window loading or unloading is carried out at night or in rainy weather. The driver shall cooperate with the on-site management personnel to inspect and accept the goods. After unloading, the vehicle volume shall leave the construction site in time.
1.2 Storage requirements for doors and windows after they are transported to the site
1.2.1 The finished products and auxiliary materials on the construction site should be stacked neatly and stably, with proper fire prevention measures. The doors and windows transported to the site should not directly touch the ground, and the skid should be placed on the lower part (the skid is about 1/4 of the minimum window width) ), windows with similar widths can be placed in a row, and doors and windows with opening fans should be placed upright to avoid hardware damage (as shown in Figure 1 below).
1.2.2 Doors and windows should take measures to prevent moisture, bumps, and pollution, and avoid sun and rain (as shown in Figure 2 below).
1.2.3 The angle between the doors and windows and the ground should not be less than 70°, and measures to prevent tipping should be taken. Do not contact with corrosive substances. It should be handled with care when transporting, and it is strictly forbidden to throw, and protect the protective film of the outer packaging.
1.2.4 The ambient temperature of storage doors and windows should be lower than 50℃; the distance between the windows and the heat source should not be less than 1m. When the ambient temperature for storing doors and windows is lower than 5°C, the doors and windows should be moved indoors before installation and placed in an environment not lower than 15°C for 24 hours.
1.2.5 The time for doors and windows to be placed at the installation site should not exceed 2 months.
1.3 Preparation and requirements for installation equipment
The installation equipment used on the construction site shall meet the requirements of "Table 5.4". And to ensure that all kinds of tools can be used normally, meet the accuracy, and are within the validity period, the measuring tools should be inspected regularly and have calibration records. When the requirements are not met, they should be replaced in time.
1) The installation team is required to be equipped with electric hair dryers to clean the openings. Whether it is styrofoam construction or waterproof vapor barrier construction, the openings must be clean and free of dust and particles.
2) The installation team is required to be equipped with manual air pressure spray cans. For the water spray treatment on the working surface before the foaming construction, due to the hydrophilic characteristics of the foam rubber, the water spray treatment can make the foam expansion effect better.
3) The installation team is required to be equipped with electric wrenches, which can significantly improve work efficiency and firmness.
4) The equipment, auxiliary materials and safety facilities required for installation should be complete and reliable.
5) Measuring tools should be inspected regularly, and should be replaced in time when they fail to meet the requirements.
1.4 Comprehensive quality requirements for installation materials
The materials, specifications and process parameters of the installation materials must meet the requirements, and random inspections will be conducted every year to check whether the quality of various materials meets the requirements.
1.5 Installation material control requirements
1.5.1 The installation materials required for the project shall be provided by Party A, and Party A shall calculate the fixed amount of installation materials and supply them to the site. Party B shall use them according to the specifications, and no cutting corners and artificial waste are allowed.

1.5.4 Requirements for the attached frame of anticorrosive wood According to the actual situation of the project site, the random inspection shall be no less than twice a year, and the interval between the two random inspections shall not exceed 6 months. The testing items include dosage, moisture content, etc. The test sample should be sampled in the middle of the length of the wood. 1.5.6 100% sampling is required for steel parts and nail engineering projects with an area of ≥5000 square meters, and IPE engineers are required to randomly select 2 to 3 items for the planned inspection items for sampling when the project area is less than 5000 square meters. 1.5.8 The storage and use of installation materials must meet the requirements of Sayyas 6S standard. The company conducts on-site inspections every month, and promptly rectifies those that do not meet the requirements.
1.5.9 When installation materials remain at the construction site due to technical changes, installation process changes, excessive material quotas, etc., all installation materials will be recycled by the company (determined to be sent to other construction sites or returned to the company according to the actual situation). The team’s private possession and reselling will be fined RMB 50,000 each time and bear the corresponding economic losses. 1.5.10 The construction environment is lower than 5℃ and the glue construction of "outer wall sealant, inner wall sealant, polyurethane foaming agent" is not allowed before wet operation.
1.6 Feedback process of installation material quality problems

2.2 Operating sequence of surrounding gap filling and civil plastering

3.3 Unloading and assembly of attached frame

3.4 Installation of attached frame

3.5 Protection of Attached Frames

3.6 Installation of door and window products with frames
3.6.1 Preparations before installation
a). Count the types and quantities of windows and installation materials to confirm that they meet the design and construction requirements.
b). Clean the window installation hole, check the installation status of the attached frame, and refurbish the attached frame hole that does not meet the requirements to make it meet the installation standard requirements of the window.

3.6.3 Sealing treatment
a) PE foam stick: After the window is installed and positioned, insert the PE foam stick into the gap between the frame and the attached frame, about 5mm away from the outer edge of the window (whether it is used or not depends on the installation node diagram).
b) Polyurethane foaming agent: Clean and blow off the floating dust between the attached frame and the frame. d) Internal wall sealant: Use sealant on the inside of the window to seal the corners of the window and the mortar or facing materials. The sealing layer should be dense and uniform.
