To avoid cracking and deformation of wood during the use of finished products the European process requires the wood to be dried for more than half a year. The longer the time, the more stable the wood.
And since the force direction of each layer of laminated wood is different, the stability of laminated wood is better compared with the whole wood. In addition, the European standards have higher requirements for chemical products in terms of environmental protection and health. Sayyas selects non-toxic and harmless glue for bonding, which is more in line with its environmental protection concept.

FSC is a non-profit organization, which was founded in Toronto, Canada in 1993. It is the world's most stringent sustainable forest management system. Sayyas uses woods that passed the FSC certification to avoid excessive logging and make the forest sustainable.

Wood storage and CNC machining center
Accurate frame closing and environment-friendly bonding
Automatic frame closing machine is adopted to ensure the accuracy of frame closing, and it passes three-wire inspection and verification. Non-toxic environmental protection waterproof glue imported from Germany is used for bonding at the tenon joint. The amount of glue exceeds 100%. It is required that part of waterproof glue must overflow after closing the frame to ensure that the glue is fully bonded to the joint.
Triple reinforcement and stability guarantee
To avoid the separation of transom and frame caused by wood deformation, Sayyas innovatively developed the transom bolt process, which can precisely locate the hole position at the joint, and then install them into the joint in the order of nut - glue - bolt, so as to achieve the triple reinforcement and stability guarantee of falcon, glue and bolt between transom and window.
Four times polishing to make it better
The quality of polishing directly affects the adhesion, color and smoothness of the paint. Sayyas adopts four times polishing: sanding after dressing, substrate polishing after frame closing, polishing after one top coat, and polishing after two top coat.

To prevent the erosion of the wood frame by rain, a layer of silicone sealant is evenly applied along the lower side of the fixed sash and the open sash. The applying range is U-shaped, so as to avoid the direct contact between water and wood, and prevent wood corrosion.
Build exclusive wood storage and ensure wood moisture content
Sayyas has built 3 exclusive wood storages covering a total area of 8000m2, the common wood storages cover an area of 5000m2, and the total storage of wood can reach 4000m3,
of which the common wood storage can reach 2000m3.
The humidification system from Denmark is introduced, which starts automatically when the humidity is lower than 50%, so that the moisture content of wood in the processing process meets the standard.
The moisture content standard of wood of German wood window is 13±2%. Sayyas adopts woods imported from Europe. When entering the storage after 3 months of sea transportation,
its moisture content reaches the processing standard after three to six months (half a year for hardwood, and 3 months for softwood).
The finished products is not easy to deform and more durable.
