Passive building demonstration project in hot summer and cold winter areas in China

Landsea·Brook Passive House Project is jointly constructed by Landsea Group, the German Passive House Institute and the German Energy Agency. It is the first passive building designed and built according to the German passive house standard in China's hot summer and cold winter areas. It will also be the first project implemented in accordance with the Green Building Three Star, German DGNB and American LEED certification standards in China. The building area of Brook Project is about 2,500m². It is positioned as a green boutique hotel, with a total of 48 standard rooms and 4 suites.

This project uses Sayyas P120 passive window, with an amount of 648m².
