This project is built by Jingji Construction Investment Co., Ltd., covering an area of about 265 mu.

The project is composed of four parts: City-Industry Integration Exhibition Center, Commercial and Cultural Square, Zero-Energy Passive Kindergarten and Residences.

Adhering to the concept of creating a healthy, comfortable and livable life, Shoutang · Entrepreneur aims to carefully build passive ultra-low energy consumption green buildings.

This project adopts the non-transparent envelope structure with higher thermal insulation performance, the design and construction of non-thermal bridge, the exterior windows with higher thermal insulation performance and air tightness with the overall high air tightness of the building, so that the building quality is higher and the life is longer, thus making people feel the leisurely living space and taste an elegant life.
