Sayyas Leads the Development of High-performance Building Windows

  To effectively promote China's zero-carbon development in the field of building energy conservation, we worked with industry colleagues in the field of building energy conservation to accelerate the realization of China's "3060" dual-carbon plan. On May 28, 2021, the "2021 Near-Zero Energy Building Technology Exchange and High Performance Building Envelope Summit Forum" hosted by Ultra-low Energy Buildings Branch of China Association of Building Energy Efficiency and Building Environment and Energy Research Institute of China Academy of Building Research and other units, opened in Tianjin. As the executive director unit of Ultra-low Energy Buildings Branch of China Association of Building Energy Efficiency, Sayyas was invited to participate in this summit forum.

  This conference had one main forum and three sub-forums. Mr. Zheng Kunsheng, former vice minister of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China and former president of China Association of Building Energy Efficiency, Mr. Han Aixing, former deputy director general of Building Energy Efficiency Science and Technology Department, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of China, Mr. Xu Wei, chief scientist and chief engineer of China Academy of Building Research and president of Institute of Building Environment and Energy, Mr. Yuan Guoqing, director of EPS Committee of China Plastics Processing Industry Association and Mr. Wang Zhen, general manager of Qinhuangdao Wuxing Real Estate, delivered speeches in the conference. They called for concerted efforts to promote the development of passive houses and contribute to the development of building energy conservation industry.

  Afterwards, participants from various fields delivered keynote speeches on "Top View on Zero Carbon", "Nearly-zero Energy Consumption Building Technology and Application" and other aspects. They shared and analyzed from multiple dimensions, thus injecting new power into the development of the industry.

  Exterior windows are the main components of building envelope, and the construction technology and quality of passive windows play an important role in the envelope of passive/ultra-low energy buildings.

  In the sub-forum of "Near-Zero Energy Building Technology and Application", Na Hongfan, engineering director of Sayyas, shared the topic of "Solutions for Passive Building Envelope - Door Window System". Director Na Hongfan elaborated the construction node design, construction technology and construction management and control difficulties from the key points of passive window design technology, window performance characteristics and performance selection, which was unanimously recognized by the participants.

  During the conference, industry experts are concerned about China's current capabilities in materials, components, technologies and supply chains for near-zero energy buildings. During the conference, industry leaders, scholars and exhibition guests came to the booth of Sayyas to visit the two main products of Sayyas in the near-zero energy field - P120 aluminum-clad wood window and x139 new-generation aluminum-clad wood window. After understanding the performance and characteristics of these products, they spoke highly of them, and put forward expectations for Sayyas to develop more products in the field of near-zero energy building in the future, pushing the cause of low energy consumption higher and farther.

  On the road of "2030 emission peak and 2060 carbon neutrality", there is still a long way to go to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction in the building field. Sayyas is committed to developing and manufacturing more energy-saving and environmentally friendly door window products. By constantly updating the structure and performance of door windows, Sayyas will gradually reduce the carbon emission of buildings and help promote the cause of near-zero energy consumption building in China.
