  3. Strengthen green building operations and management. Establish and improve the energy consumption statistics of civil buildings, energy audit, energy efficiency publicity, etc., and optimize and upgrade the special information management system of green building in Taizhou. The owner or user of the office building and large public buildings shall carry out energy consumption statistics in accordance with relevant regulations, and will report the results of the construction authority in the place where the results are located.   7. Encourage green financial application.
