Article 8 Awards

(1) New building.

Article 16 If the same project has received support from the central or provincial financial funds, the reward funds will no longer be repeatedly supported, and the project construction unit and city (local) and county (cities) shall not be repeatedly declared.

Article 19 The housing construction, financial departments and relevant project construction units of cities (prefectures), county (cities), and financial departments, and relevant project construction units shall be implemented in a budget performance management of the entire process of replenishment funds. (1) If the construction document is not constructed in accordance with the construction drawing, the change of major projects without authorization is not approved;

Article 27 The financial departments at all levels, housing and construction departments, project construction units, and their staff have violated the provisions of these Measures and other abuse of power, neglecting their duties, private private authority, neglecting their duties, and private privacy during the rewarding funds projects.
