Article 8 Awards


(1) New building.


1. Basic awards. The 2022 demonstration items were rewarded by 400 yuan per square meter by the construction area; the demonstration items from 2023-2024 were rewarded by 200 yuan per square meter by the construction area; the 2025 demonstration project was made of 100 yuan per square meter.

2. Add rewards. A distributed heating (renewable energy application ≥70%) is implemented by 100 yuan per square meter.

3. Total rewards. A single project subsidy limit does not exceed 4 million yuan, and the award -making funds shall not exceed 30 % of the total investment of the project.

Article 19 The housing construction, financial departments and relevant project construction units of cities (prefectures), county (cities), and financial departments, and relevant project construction units shall be implemented in a budget performance management of the entire process of replenishment funds. Article 23 If there is one of the following situations, the Provincial Housing and Urban -Rural Development Department will cancel their demonstration project qualifications and recover the award -to -replenishment funds in conjunction with the Provincial Department of Finance. (1) If the construction document is not constructed in accordance with the construction drawing, the change of major projects without authorization is not approved;

Article 27 The financial departments at all levels, housing and construction departments, project construction units, and their staff have violated the provisions of these Measures and other abuse of power, neglecting their duties, private private authority, neglecting their duties, and private privacy during the rewarding funds projects. If illegal acts such as fraud are investigated according to law, the corresponding responsibilities shall be investigated in accordance with the law; if the crime is suspected, it shall be transferred to the relevant authorities in accordance with the law.
