On the 20th, the reporter learned from the Harbin Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban Rural Development that the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Development of Ultra Low Energy Consumption Building Industry in Harbin", developed by the Harbin Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and the Harbin Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban Rural Rural Development, has been revised and improved multiple times after soliciting opinions, and has been approved by the municipal government for issuance and implementation in recent days.

Ultra low energy buildings are designed to adapt to climate characteristics and natural conditions. Through performance design of building envelope systems, adoption of energy-saving technical measures, and operation and maintenance management, they significantly reduce energy consumption demand and provide a comfortable indoor environment with less energy consumption. The energy consumption level of buildings is much lower than that of conventional buildings.

According to the relevant person in charge of Harbin Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, from the energy consumption monitoring data, the energy consumption of ultra low energy consumption buildings is only 20% of that of traditional buildings. Through the use of high-performance thermal insulation systems, high air tight doors and windows, fresh air heat recovery systems, indoor ambient intelligence intelligent monitoring systems, etc., a healthy and livable indoor environment with constant temperature, constant humidity, high sunshine rate, and low carbon dioxide concentration is realized, and energy use is minimized, By combining renewable energy coupled heating auxiliary technology, we aim to achieve energy-saving and cost saving effects for users, build "good houses" for the people, continuously enhance their sense of gain and happiness, and accelerate the realization of Harbin's future vision of "livable and happy city".
