Project Introduction

Sayyas Harbin Shuangcheng Factory covers a total area of about 200,000m2, including an ultra-low energy consumption passive plant. The project was developed by Sayyas and designed by German architecture firm Rongen and the Architectural Design and Research Institute of Harbin Institute of Technology according to the passive house standard. Professor Wolfgang Feist, the "father of passive house in the world", the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Provincial Housing and Construction Administration and other relevant leaders attended the groundbreaking ceremony. After the construction, it won the title of "world's largest passive factory" by Guinness World Records and the certification of Passive House Institute (PHI) in Germany. Its supporting office buildings have also been included in the "13th Five-Year" national key R&D project "near-zero energy building technology system and key technology development" near-zero energy public building demonstration project.

This project uses Sayyas P160 passive window, with an amount of 1,142㎡.
