In order to maximize the allocation of resources, we have determined the basic principle of production scheduling when the capacity is up to 2000 square meters and not when the capacity is less than 2000 square meters. We cooperate with recruitment and purchasing, storage and distribution, and increase the frequency of ordering and arrival to improve the turnover rate of inventory materials, so as to avoid the situation of warehouse bursting; We communicate closely with the order department, pre-schedule production of all orders according to the characteristics of different orders, feedback and follow up at any time when the subsequent production orders are insufficient, plan and arrange the arrival of materials according to the project return drawing plan, and try our best to ensure that the production can be arranged by the order return drawing, so as to realize the "assembly line" mode of supply chain.


Finally, the key to achieve balanced production scheduling is the close cooperation of the four workshops. In order to meet the timely delivery of project orders, we integrate the first and second wooden Windows into production at the same time when the project volume is large. When the monthly tempering capacity of the glass workshop was at full capacity, we jointly planned to put 8G glass into production in advance. We worked overtime during the Mid Autumn Festival and October holiday to process the glass in advance, and finally met the production demand.


We've had three major outbreaks this year. As the beginning and end of the production, the planning engineers cannot all come to the factory due to the epidemic, so in order to maintain the production output, we need to stay in the factory for production. We have one person and multiple jobs in the factory to take charge of the whole planning process, while the partners at home take charge of the software operation through remote means, and cooperate with each other to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the plan to the production line, and finally ensure the delivery time of the order.

Recruitment and procurement is responsible for maintaining and managing suppliers. As an important link in the supply chain, it needs to pay attention to the changes in sales demand and production, screen the quality of raw materials, adjust the purchasing time difference, coordinate the arrival cycle, and cooperate with planning and storage to reduce the inventory backlog.


Based on the standardized production purpose of "Nissan 2000+", the recruitment and Procurement Department and the son, in response to the call of the three outbreaks of COVID-19 this year, put into production, safety, coordination of epidemic prevention and control actions, backpack, switch to on-site work and home remote combination of work mode. In the case of the spread of the epidemic, the quality and quantity of materials will be delivered to the production line on time.


In order to achieve the purpose of quantity preservation, the recruitment and Purchasing department reconfirms the production cycle with the responsible supplier to cushion the unexpected situation in transit. In order to ensure the quality of delivery, the engineers of the recruitment Department communicated with the suppliers to arrange two ex-factory inspections, and 100% inspection of the materials to be delivered. In the mechanical and repetitive work, we always adhere to the continuous serious attitude, in the prosperity of steady progress, in adversity to meet the difficulties. Orders: From colleagues to comrades and family


We have three partners in the order department who have worked in the factory for one to two years. Sun Zhongyu, who has been in the factory for many times, can be counted as "resident staff".


On the first day, there's no difference between working during the day and working during the day, but it's really easy to forget to leave work. There is no time limit to commute from work, always want to finish the order in hand before going to rest. The first night of the dormitory is a little cold, the second day when we have dinner chat, all said that the quilt is ready to thin, "cold" at night, the results of the second day warm wind opened very enough, really felt the care of the leaders.


Every day, in addition to completing the orders in hand, I also helped my colleagues working at home with things in the treatment plant, such as printing drawings, sending and receiving express, going to the workshop to get color swatches, technical guidance, and online coordination and improvement of special review orders. Every day's work is very fulfilling, but at the same time, I care less about my family. Sometimes I am busy until very late, and I only think of calling home to say that I am safe.


Stay in the factory during a thousand things, but everyone in the control of the situation into a comrade in arms. With the support of logistics and the cooperation of various departments, the three of us prepared 104 materials in the first four working days in the factory, which is nearly 1500 square meters. We all have the same direction and goal, in order to achieve the delivery date and customer satisfaction. We always have to deal with orders before application design, and we don't have a lot of contact with various departments. This time, the "net friends" came to the factory.
