Sayyas window industry 14th corporate culture tour: "healthy life, happy work" to the end!

  On July 6, 2019, Sayyas Window Industry's 14th corporate culture tour with the theme of "Healthy Life, Happy Work" kicked off in Yabuli, a summer resort in the north. The trip was a rare vacation and a "high" group building in two days, with the pictures of poetry and faraway places, forgetting the two points of life.

  On the two-hour drive, we warmed up with "Our Sayyas" knowledge quiz, knowledge and prizes flew together, and some of us got a set of prizes, the atmosphere was full of activity! After entering the destination of Yabuli Hot Spring Hotel, the rolling hillside and greenery came into view. We listened to the mountain breeze in our ears, blowing away the fatigue of the journey, and were eager to try for the next group building competitions.

  In order to balance production and travel, all the more than 1,000 Sayyas people will be divided into three groups. The employees who participated in this corporate culture tour came from the staff of the manufacturing center, the second department of wooden windows, supporting aluminum, more than 300 Sayyas people are divided into six teams according to the department and related processes: the outer aluminum panel frame God's front team, aluminum spraying team, "paint grinding" endless team, the second department into the assembly of war eagle team, the second department type plus Ling Yun team, manufacturing center Staff production brigade, overbearing team name, foreshadowing the intensity of the next various competition links: there is no most spirited, only more spirited.

  In the first "Sayyas Song Creative Competition", a panel of judges consisting of Manager Ying, Zhao Guocai and Liu Yiran scored the song in terms of creativity, loudness, completeness, neatness and image of stage style. In the end, the "paint grinding" team led by Jiang Zan, the head of the grinding process, won the first place with its well-designed team shape and full of energy!

  The main event in the afternoon is the game which integrates wisdom, physical strength and teamwork. After the three games of tearing the bracelet, eating relay, happy transmission, the scene was once in the "uncontrollable": instant noodles and ice cream swallowed together to bring the fire and ice, the solemn commitment to keep the bracelet with fingers interlocked, the delivery of flour is more like the hilarious cooperation with the opera ...... Sayyas people, the large spa hotel square, into a show of team cohesion and release the joy of the sea!

  Compared with the lively game, dinner and bonfire party is filled with more warm images. Manager Ying's two small questions before dinner, "What do you think is the most important" and "What is the happiest to have", made everyone fall into deep thinking, "You are the most important" and "The happiest with you". "You are the most important" and "I am the happiest with you", which made everyone realize that the close team atmosphere is the source of happiness in Sayyas. The next song "True Heroes" sung by manufacturing center and Sayyas Nanjing people pushed the atmosphere to the climax. In the bonfire party that followed, old and new Sayyas people, staff and workers, Sayyas people from north and south, all danced and sang together, sang out their sorrows and sweetness in Sayyas, and danced out the different wonderful life belonging to each person!

  This year is the 21st year of Sayyas factory, in order to commemorate this day, the second day of the group building activity "power circle" is to focus on the strength of all Sayyas people to rotate the rope 2019 round. Under the hot sun and sweat, the number was completed in 19 minutes and 50 seconds with the concerted efforts of everyone! Gathering team strength, deeply appreciate the meaning of responsibility and coordination, break boundaries regardless of departments, the power of unity and collaboration will continue to empower Sayyas in the second half of the year.
