On the afternoon of July 19th, Nanjing City and surrounding areas in Jiangsu Province were suddenly hit by heavy rainfall. In some areas, the hourly rainfall even exceeds 100 mm (heavy rainstorm refers to the accumulated rainfall exceeding 100 mm in 24 hours).

At 20:00, it was raining harder and harder in Jiangning District, and the Expansion joint of the wall near the Lei De line of the Nanjing factory leaked. Master Sun Xiuguo, who worked overtime that night, took a video and released it to the company's WeChat crowd. After seeing the video, colleagues near the factory spontaneously braved heavy rain to come to the factory for rescue. Some of us covered the roof with oilcloth, while others were scooping up water indoors until the danger was brought under control at 23:00 before leaving.
