With the theme of "Zero Carbon Leadership · Empowering the Future", the forum focused on the green development strategy of urban and rural construction, green low-carbon technology practice and green energy transformation and upgrading.

The forum was led by the China Building Energy Efficiency Association and hosted by the passive Building Professional Committee of the China Building Energy Efficiency Association. Senying Window Industry, as the first enterprise in China to independently develop and produce passive building exterior Windows, was invited to participate in the summit Forum as the executive director of the passive building Alliance of the China Building Energy Efficiency Association.
