Argon filling. 

    You may never imagine what argon means to insulating glass! 

    Argon is a kind of inert gas, which is very lazy, always likes to stay quiet, does not like to move, and can not be pushed, which makes it have the inherent advantage of reducing air convection in the hollow glass cavity, which is very important to improve the thermal insulation performance. 

    At the same time, because argon is really "too lazy", do not like to have chemical reactions with other substances, so that it can effectively prevent oxygen in the air from oxidizing the low-e film, affecting the heat preservation effect. 

    But everyone says that the hollow glass cavity is filled with argon, so how much is appropriate? 

    Sayyas's standard for argon filling is: the amount of argon filling must be more than 90%!

Molecular sieve. 

    Many people do not know what molecular sieve is, but it is academically defined as synthetic hydrated aluminosilicate hydrate (bubble zeolite) or natural zeolite with the function of screening molecules, which can separate molecules of different sizes and have the function of sieving molecules. so it's called molecular sieve. 

    To put it simply, it plays the role of absorbing water molecules, keeping the hollow glass cavity dry and avoiding the phenomenon of condensation. 

    It is conceivable that the importance of molecular sieve is no less than that of filling argon, which is of great significance to the life of hollow glass in the follow-up use of doors and windows.

Low-e membrane. 

    For middle and high-end modern doors and windows, hollow glass is mostly coated with a layer of low-e film on the inner surface of the glass, and the resulting glass is called low-e glass, which has excellent thermal insulation and good light transmittance, that is to say, if the window uses low-e glass, it can block the outdoor heat in summer and make the room cooler, while it will be warmer in winter.

Sealing of insulating glass.

    Most of the reasons that affect the sealing effect of insulating glass are recessive, such as the film removal step of low-e synthesis insulating glass. 

    Except for the film as the name implies is to remove the low-e film of low-e glass, the removal of the film can only be around the edge of the glass diaphragm, because the low-e film around the edge of the glass will affect the adhesion of the sealant and affect the sealing effect. 

    The technology of removing the membrane is very important, and more sophisticated machines are needed, otherwise it will not only fail to play a positive role, but will even cause pollution, resulting in rainbow spots or poor film removal in the local part of the glass.
