According to the Letter of the Standards and Norms Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development on the Preparation of Zero-energy building Technical Standards (JSBHB [2021] No. 38), our Ministry organized China Academy of Building Sciences Co., Ltd., China Building Energy Conservation Association and other units to draft the national standard Zero-energy building Technical Standards (Draft for Comments) (see annex). We are now soliciting opinions from the public. Relevant units and the public can provide feedback through the following channels and methods:
