In order to implement the requirements of the "National Carbon Peak Pilot Construction Plan" and "Zero carbon Building Technical Standards" (draft for comment), summarize the practical experience of low-carbon cities, low-carbon parks and green buildings in China in recent years, exchange and discuss the policies, standards, technologies, models and problems faced in practice of low-carbon buildings and park development, Learn from domestic and foreign ideas and methods of green and low-carbon building design, investigate and exchange the practice of green and low-carbon city construction in Xiongan New Area, and explore the planning and design, standard technology, equipment and materials and service system of building and park construction in China's zero-carbon city construction based on Xiongan, so as to provide comprehensive support for achieving the goal of urban carbon peak construction.
