In order to promote the development of near-zero energy buildings in China, the evaluation of ultra-low energy buildings, near-zero energy buildings and zero-energy buildings should be standardized. According to the national standard "Near Zero Energy Building Technical Standard" (GB/T51350-2019), the group standard of China Building Energy Conservation Association "Near Zero Energy Building Evaluation Standard" (T/CABEE003-2019) and "China Building Energy Conservation Association Near Zero Energy Building Evaluation Management Measures", Now the projects that have passed the evaluation will be publicized (see the attachment for the list). The deadline is Nov. 18, 2022.
During the publicity period, any units and individuals who have objections to the publicity items may put forward written opinions. Opinions of units must be stamped with official seal, and opinions of individuals must indicate their real name, ID number and contact telephone number.
