Strengthen the linkage between cities and counties and departmental collaboration, complete the revision work of the "Green Building Special Plan", comprehensively promote the implementation of the "Jiaxing City Construction Carbon Peak Implementation Plan" indicator tasks, closely integrate the carbon peak work in the construction field with urban renewal, future community construction, and other work, explore integrated promotion, coordinated implementation, and other integrated development methods, and promote the progressive development of green buildings from projects to districts and then to urban areas.

2、 Deepening the Special Action on Building Energy Efficiency and Green Buildings

Fully implement various standards for green and low-carbon construction, do a good job in promoting and training the newly released dual carbon related standards and specifications in the construction field, promote the application of renewable energy buildings, optimize the energy consumption structure in the construction field, combine urban renewal, urban and rural landscape improvement, and promote the green and low-carbon transformation of existing buildings, improve the intelligent operation level of building energy consumption, and achieve dynamic energy consumption monitoring and information sharing.

Carry out quality improvement actions for prefabricated building, study and issue relevant management regulations for building industrialization demonstration bases and demonstration projects, strengthen the quality management of prefabricated concrete components for prefabricated building, and strengthen the evaluation of prefabricated building industrial bases. Promote prefabricated decoration, cultivate demonstration enterprises for prefabricated decoration, and implement pilot projects for prefabricated decoration. Strengthen cooperation and cooperation with relevant departments at the municipal level, strengthen horizontal linkage between departments, promote vertical integration of the entire system, and form a working force. Provide funding support and special assessments for building energy conservation and green buildings, strengthen supervision and management, and implement tracking and verification. Strengthen training and technical guidance on policy standards and regulations, increase education and training for industry technical and management personnel, and ensure the implementation of various standards and regulations policies.
