In recent years, the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Hainan Province has fully utilized the technical support role of certification, recognition, inspection and testing services for green development, actively promoted the certification of green building materials products, guided the green transformation of the industry, continuously stimulated the ecological golden effect, and sought new opportunities for achieving green development.

Green building materials are the material foundation for the green and high-quality development of the construction industry. The role of green building materials product certification as an experience card, ID card, and pass for sustainable development in the building materials industry will become more prominent. The 14th Five Year Plan for the development of the construction industry in Hainan Province clearly states that it is necessary to promote green development in the construction industry and strengthen the research and application of green building materials.

According to the Notice on Accelerating the Promotion of Green Building Material Product Certification and Production Application issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation, in order to further promote the high-quality development of Prefabricated building in Hainan Province, improve the construction level and quality, drive the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry, achieve low-carbon green development, and boost the construction of the national ecological civilization pilot area, the Hainan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration is comprehensively promoting the implementation of green product certification throughout the province, In combination with the climate and environmental characteristics of Hainan Province and the exploration of construction engineering practice, Prefabricated building will be included in the green building standard system for overall consideration, and the evaluation standard of Prefabricated building in Hainan Province will be gradually improved. Enhance the level of standardized design, actively promote the application of mature technology systems for prefabricated interior decoration and vertical prefabricated components in Hainan Province, and improve the assembly rate of new buildings. Publish design guidelines for Prefabricated building (review points), Appropriate technology promotion projects and catalogs. Research and develop quality standards for prefabricated component products. Gradually establish a Prefabricated building standard system suitable for the actual situation of Hainan Province, including design, production, construction, testing and acceptance, to support the high-quality green development of Prefabricated building.
