Hangzhou Municipal Commission of Urban and Rural Development has formulated the Interim Measures for the Management of Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutralization Rewards and Subsidies in the Construction Industry of Hangzhou, implemented the municipal carbon peak special fund of 20 million yuan per year in the construction field, played a leading and driving role in demonstration projects, and promoted building energy conservation and green building work.

Strengthen publicity and training efforts.
