In order to implement carbon peak and carbon neutrality in the construction industry, and promote the high-quality development of green buildings, in accordance with the requirements of the "Zhejiang Provincial Green Building Regulations" and the "Notice of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing and Urban Rural Development on the Revision of the Special Plan for Green Buildings" (Zhejiang Construction Letter [2022] No. 268), the Municipal Construction Commission, the Municipal Development and Reform Commission The Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau jointly completed the "Revision of Hangzhou Green Building Special Plan (2022-2030)" and obtained approval from the municipal government.

The text and atlas of the "Plan" are now distributed to you, and will come into effect from August 1, 2023. Please carefully implement it.
