Since the beginning of this year, the Municipal Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau has made every effort to promote the high-quality development of building energy conservation. Up to now, 45.7502 million m2 of green buildings, 13.2136 million m2 of Prefabricated building and 51.6975 million m2 of renewable energy buildings have been built in the city.

Carry out policy training and strengthen publicity and guidance. Use the opportunity of "National Energy Conservation Publicity Week and National Low Carbon Day" to popularize green building knowledge and promote relevant incentive policies through portal websites, WeChat official account, banners, short videos and other channels and forms; We will continue to hold training sessions on green development in urban and rural construction, inviting provincial-level green building experts from Anhui Academy of Architectural Sciences to conduct specialized training in various counties and districts, so that everyone can fully understand and understand the macro policies, technical types, working principles, application forms, and other contents of photovoltaic and building integration technology.

Develop policy measures and improve work mechanisms. Policies such as Action Plan for Green Building Creation in Lu'an City, Notice on Strengthening the Management of Green Building Signs, and Notice on Further Promoting the Application of Fabricated Construction Technology were introduced; Participate in the soil committee and planning committee held on a regular basis, strictly review the green building, building energy conservation, Prefabricated building scheme, put forward opinions on the actual situation of each project, and strictly control from the source; Standardize planning and design conditions, incorporate relevant requirements such as green building grade, water saving and energy saving, Prefabricated building, and renewable energy application into land use planning conditions, and strictly review whether the project meets the requirements.

Strengthen the implementation of measures and increase regulatory efforts. Implement a closed supervision and management system, and establish an operational process and working mechanism for each link to be closed to each other. From the aspects of engineering construction drawing design, construction drawing review, quality supervision, engineering supervision, Construction permit, completion acceptance filing and other aspects, we should check at every level. Include the construction of all projects under construction into the scope of patrol, increase the supervision of green building construction process, urge construction enterprises to construct in strict accordance with green building and Prefabricated building standards and specifications, and improve the implementation rate of green building standards and construction implementation rate in the city.

Highlight development priorities and strive for work effectiveness. In accordance with the principle of "comprehensive governance of energy conservation and emission reduction", we will "prohibit adhesion and implementation" throughout the city and actively guide counties and districts to increase the scale of application of green building materials. As of now, 19 enterprises in our city have carried out green building material product certification. We will make every effort to build a low-carbon area for urban and rural green development, carry out green transformation of existing buildings, Prefabricated building, star rated green buildings and other pilot applications in the central urban area of Shucheng County, accelerate the formation of successful experience in green and low-carbon development of urban and rural construction, and promote its application throughout the city.
