Go deep into Xuzhou Road Community, Jinhu Road Sub district, Shinan District, Qingdao to organize green and low-carbon publicity activities. Publicize the city's policies and achievements in building energy conservation, green buildings, ultra-low energy consumption buildings, Prefabricated building, green building materials, Construction waste resource utilization and other aspects by issuing publicity materials, construction process training, fire drills and other means, continue to amplify the pilot effect of the construction and development of the first green city in China, advocate green and low-carbon production and lifestyle, and create a good social atmosphere for joint construction and sharing.

Since the beginning of this year, the Qingdao Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau has deeply implemented the concept of green development, continued to promote the pilot projects of green city construction and green building materials application, and carried out the "municipal practical" energy-saving and thermal insulation projects. The cumulative construction of energy-saving and thermal insulation projects has reached 4.6199 million square meters, accounting for 71.78% of the annual plan, and 3.6739 million square meters have been completed, accounting for 57.08% of the annual plan; Continuously improve the energy efficiency design standards for residential buildings. Since May 1, 83% of the energy efficiency design standards have been implemented for all new and expanded residential buildings in Qingdao, and 100% of the green building standards have been implemented for new civil buildings. A total of 11.5228 million square meters of green buildings have been built. The area of Prefabricated building under commencement review has reached 3.11 million square meters. A total of 22 Prefabricated building industrial bases above the municipal level have been cultivated, and 18.41 million tons of Construction waste have been recycled, Significant achievements have been made in the construction of green cities.
