In order to further implement the requirements of the "Development Plan for Ultra Low Energy Building Industry in Heilongjiang Province (2022-2025)" and the "Implementation Plan for Carbon Peak in Urban and Rural Construction in Heilongjiang Province", and promote the high-quality development of ultra low energy buildings in the Greater Khingan Mountains region, recently, the ultra low energy building demonstration base has successfully settled in the northernmost city of Mohe in China.


The government sets up a platform and enterprises perform. Mohe City is located at 53 degrees north latitude and belongs to a cold temperate monsoon climate. The winter is long and severe, with an extreme minimum temperature of -53 ℃. It is the best location for conducting cold testing of ultra-low energy buildings. China National Inspection and Testing Holding Group Co., Ltd. has strong technical capabilities, with subsidiaries located in 22 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities across the country. It is a leading enterprise in the cold testing and testing industry in China. Government and enterprise strong alliance, win-win cooperation, playing a concerto for cold testing of ultra-low energy buildings.


Full field innovation experiments. Fully promote three-dimensional innovation and comprehensively test the reliability and durability of ultra-low energy buildings in extremely cold regions. Conduct experimental placement on the plastering layer, insulation layer, bonding layer, doors and windows, fresh air units and other parts of the building's exterior decoration, monitor the parameters of key technologies such as building walls, insulation, waterproofing, doors and windows, and fresh air equipment in real time. Through monitoring data analysis and research, further improve and improve the ultra-low energy consumption building technology system.


Innovative application of the entire chain. Fully promote full lifecycle management to ensure optimal indoor human comfort. By adopting high-performance external maintenance insulation and waterproofing systems, efficient fresh air heat recovery systems, high-performance doors and windows, and other measures, the temperature, relative humidity, clean fresh air volume, noise, carbon dioxide concentration, natural lighting, temperature differences in various indoor areas, human perception of wind speed, and overtemperature frequency of nine indicators are regulated to comprehensively cope with extreme cold weather of -53 ℃.


Energy conservation and carbon reduction, with a foreseeable future. As the first ultra-low energy building in the northernmost part of China, it is an exploration and practice of the performance of ultra-low energy buildings under extremely cold conditions. The inspection and operation data in the later stage of the project will accumulate valuable experience for the application and development of ultra-low energy buildings in extreme environments in China, and also create a space for the promotion of ultra-low energy building technology in severe cold regions. The empirical base project is responsible for important experimental tasks such as building material testing and overall performance testing of ultra-low energy buildings under extremely cold climate conditions, with an expected energy efficiency rate of 84.67%.
