In recent years, with green and low-carbon development as the lead, our city has continued to increase building energy conservation and green building promotion efforts, vigorously develop high-quality green buildings, promote urban renewal action and rural construction action, and build a new pattern of green development in the field of urban and rural construction.

In order to control the growth of carbon emissions in the field of urban and rural construction and ensure the realization of the target of carbon peak in the field of urban and rural construction before 2030, our city took the lead in the province in issuing the "Ganzhou Urban and Rural Construction Carbon Peak Implementation Plan", which clearly states that by 2025, the proportion of new green buildings in Ganzhou urban and rural construction should reach 100%. Star-rated green buildings accounted for more than 30%, the renewable energy replacement rate of new buildings reached 8%, and the rooftop photovoltaic coverage of new public institution buildings and factories strive to reach 50%.

On the basis of fully implementing the basic standards for green buildings, the city will accelerate the development level of star-rated green buildings, and make it clear that public buildings with a total construction area of more than 20,000 square meters invested by the city's government or civil buildings or social investments with a total construction area of more than 20,000 square meters shall be planned and constructed in accordance with the two-star requirements of green buildings and above; Civil buildings with a total construction area of more than 5,000 square meters of social investment are planned and constructed in accordance with the requirements of green building one star and above. Standardize the identification of green buildings, and encourage the development and construction of two-star, three-star and other high-star green buildings. Up to now, the city has newly declared 40 pre-evaluation projects for one-star green buildings.

The city also strengthens the source and process management, fully integrates building energy efficiency and green building into the supervision of the whole process of project construction approval, and tracks the management and layers of control in all aspects of construction project approval, planning conditions, land transfer, program review, construction drawing review, construction permission, process supervision, etc., to ensure that the project strictly implements building energy efficiency and green building standards and relevant requirements. Since the beginning of this year, the city has started 6.47 million square meters of new green buildings and completed 4.51 million square meters of new green buildings.
