Bozhou City in Anhui province continues to improve the quality of construction projects and build benchmarking projects. As of the end of August, 10 projects in our city have won the "Huangshan Cup" award of the Provincial Department of Housing and Construction, and the number of awards has reached the highest in the past year.

We will strengthen publicity and standards. Through the three-stage "Owners Open Day" and other activities, the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau has continued to do a good job in the publicity and implementation of the "implementation Opinions on the implementation of the primary responsibility of construction units for project quality", "Bozhou Construction engineering Quality Manual", "Bozhou Construction engineering safety production Standardization Management Manual" and other documents for the city's engineering projects, in order to create "model" cases as the starting point. Continue to promote the standardization of engineering quality management. In July 2023, in the provincial Housing system masonry "Emblem" vocational skills competition, the contestants in our city won the second place in the provincial housing system masonry "Emblem" competition.

Science and technology enable strong norms. Relying on the new model of information-based supervision, improve the efficiency of supervision and continue to standardize the quality supervision work. At present, 30 projects have applied for safety standardization site projects through the smart supervision platform; There were 19, 12 and 4 projects applying for green construction site, red construction site and smart construction site through the platform respectively.

Green construction is lower carbon. We will comprehensively promote efficient and practical work to improve the energy efficiency of green buildings. According to the requirements of the provincial Department of Housing and Construction on the completion ratio of green buildings in Bozhou City is not less than 80%, and the assessment target of the start ratio of prefabricated buildings is not less than 30%, the city is fully promoting the construction of green buildings and prefabricated buildings. From January to August, the construction area of green buildings and prefabricated buildings in our city was 2,434,500 square meters and 1,490,600 square meters, respectively, and the proportion of construction was 100% and 35.77%, respectively.
