The "Wenzhou Green Building Special Plan (2022-2030)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") has been officially released. According to the "Plan", the city will strive to "build a key city in Zhejiang Province to promote green buildings and a demonstration city in southern Zhejiang and northern Fujian". By 2025, the city's new civil buildings will reach 100% of green buildings with one star and above, 60% of green buildings with two stars and above, and 5% of green buildings with three stars. By 2030, 100% of new civil buildings reaching green buildings of one star and above, 65% of those of two stars and above, and 7% of those of three stars.

How to build green buildings, and what are the benefits to residents' lives? "Planning" clearly, according to the different conditions of the building and the characteristics of different building types, to develop targeted technical routes, through the safety and durability, health and comfort, convenient life, resource conservation, environmental livable and other technical routes to achieve green buildings.

Among them, in terms of safety and durability, it is necessary to take into account that Wenzhou is a rainy area accompanied by typhoon weather, and the wind pressure resistance of green buildings, anti-falling object measures, outdoor anti-slip measures and other aspects should be improved. In terms of health and comfort, it is necessary to pay more attention to natural ventilation design and anti-condensation measures based on the climate characteristics and living habits of residents in Wenzhou (rainy and humid, easy to produce mildew). At the same time, in order to improve the quality of life of residents, the sound insulation performance of buildings and the construction of architectural sound environment should be paid attention to and greater improvement. In terms of living convenience, in addition to the barrier-free design requirements, the walking system of green buildings encourages the design idea of "no umbrella in rainy days" to be considered within a certain range, making people's lives more convenient.

In addition, according to the "Planning", in terms of resource conservation, green buildings should be based on the intermittent and spatial energy use characteristics of Wenzhou (mainly for residential buildings), optimize the design of air conditioning systems and equipment selection, improve equipment efficiency, ensure comfort, and obtain greater energy saving potential.

It is reported that in recent years, the double carbon work in the construction field of our city has developed rapidly. For example, the Qidu Power Supply Station in Lucheng District has been built as the province's first near-zero energy building demonstration project with double design and construction certification. The provincial future community pilot project - Longwan Binjiang Future Community, will be multi-energy collaboration, ultra-low energy consumption, green building and other technologies as the core, from community construction to management and operation to build a zero-carbon demonstration zone in South Zhejiang Science and Technology City. The Wenzhou Art Museum project under construction is located in the core location of Binjiang CBD and will also be built according to the three-star standard of green building.
