The author learned from the municipal housing and construction department that our city vigorously develops high-quality green buildings, and all kinds of building projects attach great importance to the application of renewable energy, promote energy consumption monitoring of public buildings, and optimize the spatial layout of buildings. In the first three quarters of this year, the city's new green building area of 4.1528 million square meters, urban green buildings accounted for 100% of new buildings.

Green buildings generally take overall consideration in the whole process of project design and construction through the control of energy saving, land saving, material saving and indoor environment, so as to further optimize the layout of building space, increase green land, expand shared space, improve energy saving standards, reduce building energy consumption, and continue to guide the high-quality development of green buildings. Both Hengan Garden and Jinhai Meiyu projects adopt a new model of prefabricated construction. After completing the substructure, the construction team prefabricated a series of large building components in the nearby factory, transported them to the site in turn, and then assembled them in a "building block" style. This process is not only conducive to saving resources and energy, reducing construction pollution, improving production efficiency and quality safety level, but also in line with the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection of green buildings, greatly promoting the deep integration of the construction industry with information technology and industrialization.

In recent years, our city has vigorously promoted green building work, timely issued relevant local normative documents, and is the first city in the province to issue the implementation opinions on green development of urban and rural construction. The city continues to improve the level of building energy efficiency and demonstration construction, has created and completed the Haizhou District, Xuwei New District, the city Development Zone New sea Lianchuang Smart block and Lianyun New City business center green building demonstration zone, and built Donghai County and Ganyu District renewable energy demonstration County and other key demonstration areas. In addition to the new green buildings of 4.1528 million square meters, the city also added 2,929,800 square meters of solar hot water system, the new installed solar photovoltaic capacity of 17.61 megawatts, the new shallow ground energy application area of 96,000 square meters, urban green buildings accounted for 100% of new buildings, the existing building energy-saving renovation area of 221,000 square meters, And won the provincial green building demonstration guide fund of 4 million yuan in 2023.

Our city strives to promote the application of renewable energy in green buildings, actively develop solar thermal, solar photovoltaic power generation, as well as sea water, soil sources and other forms of heat pump power generation, some public buildings have achieved gratifying results. Ganyu District and Guannan County respectively promote distributed photovoltaic power generation on the roof of the whole county to improve the regional energy structure through renewable energy. The city also promotes the comprehensive supervision of building energy use, and the energy consumption monitoring platform for large public buildings in the city was completed and put into use in 2016, realizing the dynamic monitoring and remote transmission of classified and itemized energy consumption data for office buildings and large public buildings in the city. Supervisors also analyze the energy consumption of the project implementation unit and make reasonable suggestions to the owner unit, and it is the first city in the province to give the annual data analysis report issued by the relevant implementation unit. This year, the city's first People's Hospital Development Zone and Xuwei New District Medical emergency rescue center two projects to obtain the two-star green building pre-evaluation mark, Xinhai junior middle School Development zone campus and Xuwei New District port service center project is applying for the corresponding mark.
