We will accelerate efforts to conserve energy in buildings. Fully implement the integration of renewable energy building applications, and promote the synchronous design, construction, and acceptance of renewable energy building applications and main building projects. In conjunction with urban renewal and the renovation of old residential areas, we will carry out energy-saving renovation, strengthen energy-saving renovation of existing buildings, and promote the green transformation of existing buildings of public institutions. Strictly implement building energy efficiency drawing examination, fully implement the policy of compulsory promotion of renewable energy building application, and strictly implement the national standards and the energy-saving design standards of 65% residential and public buildings in Anhui Province in new buildings. From January to September, the renewable energy area was 566,100 square meters, accounting for 80.22% of the completed area of new civil buildings.

We will vigorously develop green buildings. We will promote energy conservation and carbon reduction in buildings, establish a unified identification system for green buildings, carry out "green site" construction activities, and promote green construction throughout the process. Priority is given to green building demonstration projects to participate in the "Tongdu Cup", "Huangshan Cup", "Luban Award", survey and design award. Include green building requirements and content in the real estate development project condition statement, and make it clear before the land is auctioned. From January to September, the construction area of green buildings was 764,000 square meters, accounting for 100% of the construction area of new civil buildings, and the completion area was 701,000 square meters, accounting for 99.35% of the construction area of new civil buildings.

We will actively promote prefabricated buildings. Issued the "Implementation Opinions on Further Promoting the Development of prefabricated Buildings", Anhui Construction Engineering Yangtze River Construction Investment Co., Ltd. successfully approved the fourth batch of provincial prefabricated building industrial bases in Anhui Province, achieving a breakthrough of "zero" provincial prefabricated building bases in the city. Efforts to cultivate the market demand for prefabricated buildings, government investment projects take the lead in realizing prefabricated construction, and clear the requirements for the proportion of prefabricated buildings through the construction projects of land transfer. In the first three quarters of this year, Tongling City's prefabricated construction area was 585,500 square meters, accounting for 35.69% of the new construction area, and the completed area was 398,300 square meters, accounting for 29.8% of the new construction area.
