"Ultra-low energy consumption" houses have Hefei standards

On November 2, the reporter learned from the Hefei Urban and Rural Construction Bureau that in order to standardize the development of ultra-low energy consumption buildings, implement the relevant requirements of carbon peak and carbon neutrality in the field of urban and rural construction, and improve the energy efficiency and quality of buildings, the "Hefei ultra-low energy consumption building Technical Guidelines (Trial)" was officially released and implemented.

The Guidelines are applicable to the design, construction, testing, inspection, operation and evaluation of ultra-low energy consumption buildings in Hefei, including newly built, expanded and reconstructed residential buildings, including residences, dormitories and residential elderly care buildings; Public buildings, including offices, shopping malls, hotels, medical and cultural and educational buildings.

The Guidelines propose that ultra-low energy consumption buildings provide a comfortable indoor environment with the least energy consumption through architectural design and technical measures, and the energy consumption levels of heating, air conditioning, lighting, domestic hot water and elevators are reduced by 65% and 50% respectively according to the "energy-saving Design Standards for Residential Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Areas" and "Energy-Saving design Standards for public Buildings".

In the future, ultra-low energy consumption buildings in Hefei should be fully decorated with decorative materials with high durability and easy maintenance. Carry out building climate adaptive design to meet comfort needs.

For new buildings such as hotels, hospitals, dormitories and residential care rooms with stable hot water demand throughout the year, priority should be given to centralized solar water heating systems.

In terms of indoor environment, envelope structure, building energy consumption, air tightness and other aspects, the Guidelines also clearly put forward a number of binding indicators.

In order to meet the needs of lighting, the main functional space of residential buildings, the average number of hours of natural illumination value is not less than 8h/d area proportion is not less than 60%.

In order to ensure natural ventilation, the window area ratio of the bedroom and living room should reach more than 1/6, and the ratio of the ventilation opening area to the floor area of the room should reach more than 8%.

In addition, the winter heating period of the ultra-low energy building design is determined to be from December 1 to March 31, and the summer cooling period is from June 15 to September 30.
