Recently, the 13th summer hot winter cold region Green Building Alliance conference and the second Yangtze River Delta (Anhui) construction field carbon peak carbon neutral conference was held in Hefei City. The reporter was informed that in recent years, Anhui province has achieved remarkable results in promoting the development of green buildings. Up to now, Anhui Province has built 490 million square meters of green buildings, and the proportion of green buildings in the completion stage has reached 99.47%; Star-rated green buildings accounted for 17.13% of the total.

Green building is one of the effective measures to achieve the strategic goal of carbon neutrality in urban and rural construction. At present, the Anhui Provincial People's Congress has legislated and passed the "Anhui Green Building Development Regulations", which connects the Yangtze River Delta with other heights, and fully implements green building standards for new urban civil buildings, marking that Anhui has entered the stage of "comprehensive green construction". Our province has also compiled and released more than 40 green building related technical standards such as "Green Design Standards for Civil Buildings" and "Green Building Testing Technical Standards", and built a relatively complete green building standard system to ensure the quality level of green building implementation. In addition, the Anhui Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development has also set up a special fund for green buildings with the provincial finance, arranging 50 million yuan annually to support the construction of high-quality green buildings.

The theme of this conference is "Focusing on the dual carbon goal and practicing green development". At the meeting, members of the Alliance signed the Framework Agreement on Promoting High-quality Development of Green Buildings in Hot Summer and Cold Winter Regions. The agreement aims to promote high-quality development of green buildings in hot summer and cold winter regions, and carries out in-depth cooperation in organizing regional appropriate technology research and promoting coordinated development of regional industries. Contribute industry strength to achieve the strategic goal of peak carbon neutrality.
