The Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau firmly establishes the development concept of "innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing", takes the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society as its responsibility, and actively promotes the implementation of the annual target responsibility. The annual building energy conservation and green development have entered the normal state, and the prefabricated buildings have started well. First, we will vigorously promote energy conservation in new buildings. The city's new residential buildings to implement energy saving 65%, public buildings to implement energy saving 72% mandatory standards, design implementation rate and construction implementation rate reached two 100%. As of October 31, the city's new energy-saving buildings (149 projects) 5.22551 million square meters, the city's energy-saving buildings reached 57.9431 million square meters. Second, we will implement green building initiatives. Within the urban planning area of the city, new civil buildings shall fully implement green building standards, and new, renovated (expanded) buildings shall be designed, constructed and operated in accordance with green building standards; Large public buildings, office buildings of state organs, other public buildings invested and constructed by state-owned funds, residential areas with a construction area of more than 100,000 square meters shall be constructed in accordance with the green building standards of one star or above; Encourage farmers to build their own houses in accordance with green building standards. Up to now, 389 construction drawing review projects with a total area of 623.87 square meters have been completed in the city's construction field, all of which have passed the review of green building construction drawings. There were 118 newly started projects in the city, with a total of 4,772,900 square meters, of which 117 were green building projects, with a total of 4,736,800 square meters, and the newly started green buildings accounted for 99.24%. Among the 149 newly completed projects, 120 were green building projects, totaling 4,447,700 square meters, and newly completed green buildings accounted for 85.12% of all energy-saving buildings. Third, actively promote the development of prefabricated buildings. No. 8 [2022], No. 1 [2023] and No. 2 of Wanyuan Assembly Office have been issued to promote the development of prefabricated buildings in Nanyang, and relevant departments have been organized to carry out more than 30 research activities on the promotion of prefabricated buildings in various county and urban governments (administrative committees) and held 4 work promotion meetings. In the first three quarters of 2023, 645,100 square meters of new prefabricated buildings will be started.
