At the bi-monthly Democratic Consultation meeting on "Promoting Green Development of Buildings and Helping to achieve near-zero energy Consumption" held by the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in Daxing District of Beijing, some CPPCC members expressed concerns and made suggestions on how to achieve green development of existing and new buildings.

In this regard, An Bo, a member of the CPPCC District and chairman of Beijing Tianheng Anke Group Co., LTD., suggested that we should comprehensively promote the smart energy conservation management mode, establish a scientific and systematic analysis method of energy conservation and emission reduction, improve the evaluation indicators and system of energy conservation and emission reduction, cooperate with the smart energy conservation system, establish an energy center for users, and conduct comprehensive and refined monitoring and management of existing building energy. We will promote the use of comprehensive power-saving technologies to achieve low-carbon emissions reduction.

Li Yuan, a member of the CPPCC District and general manager of Electric Energy Shopping (Beijing) Technology Co., LTD., also believes that it is necessary to promote the application of energy-saving technology, build a number of ultra-low energy consumption rural housing pilot demonstration projects, carry out large-scale construction of ultra-low energy consumption buildings, and promote the pilot construction of zero-carbon buildings and zero-carbon communities. At the same time, in the new building according to the characteristics of the project, the photovoltaic curtain wall, distributed photovoltaic, geo-heat pump and other technologies are applied in different scenarios to improve the level of energy self-sufficiency and create an integrated new energy supply system.

"We should take into account the coordinated and unified relationship between green and low-carbon development and quality and safety." Zhang Pengliang, executive president of Beijing Dry Construction Company, put forward suggestions at the same time, also expressed "concerns" : "If one-sided emphasis on green low-carbon and ignore the inherent requirements of quality and safety, it is easy to cause greater waste." If the recycling of construction waste leads to poor quality and low strength grade of recycled finished products, quality problems may occur in construction and maintenance, resulting in adverse effects. Therefore, it is necessary to take a multi-faceted, scientific assessment and comprehensive approach.

"As a new thing, the exploration and research of green building will be long and difficult." Some experts and members also put forward pertinent suggestions from the perspectives of ecological park transformation, improving infrastructure construction, zero-carbon building value, promoting new green construction methods, and secondary treatment of decoration waste. At present, Daxing District is striving to become a new development highland in the south of the capital, in the face of new situations and new tasks, it is necessary to further promote green development and low-carbon development and construction, so that green becomes the brightest background color of the construction industry, and provides important support for building Daxing into a new gateway that is livable and suitable for business, prosperous and open, and helps achieve the "double carbon" goal.
