With the credit as the starting point, 11 batches of green building materials credit catalogs have been published, up to now, involving 38 categories, 490 products and 203 enterprises, providing product support for the implementation of green building materials procurement requirements; Focusing on industrial cultivation and forming the development advantages of green building materials industry, through the construction of pilot projects, Germany Frye Construction Group and Germany Passive House Research Institute have landed in Qingdao, and a total of 22 prefabricated building industrial bases have been cultivated. Promote government investment projects and star-rated green buildings, prefabricated buildings, etc. to take the lead in adopting green building materials products, carry out the construction of green building materials application demonstration projects, by 2025, the new civil buildings in cities and towns with government investment or government investment are fully promoted to adopt green building materials, and by 2030, star-rated green buildings are fully promoted to adopt green building materials. The proportion of green building materials used in new buildings has reached 70%.
