On January 3, the People's Government of She Autonomous County of Jingning, Zhejiang Province issued a reply on the approval of the "Special Plan for Green Buildings in Jingning She Autonomous County (2022-2030)".

The document proposes to comprehensively carry out green building work, from building energy conservation to green transformation of existing buildings and large-scale construction of new green buildings, green building implementation results are obvious, green building technical support capacity is significantly enhanced, green building development level is in the forefront of the city, and green buildings drive the comprehensive development of green urban areas. (1) Near-Term Goals (2022-2025)

By 2025, within the scope of urban construction land in Jingning County, 100% of the new civil buildings (except for farmers' self-built houses and the special provisions of this plan) shall be constructed in accordance with the mandatory standard of one-star and above green buildings to achieve full coverage of green buildings; The area of new civil buildings constructed according to the mandatory standard of two-star and above green buildings accounted for 35%; According to the three-star green building mandatory standards for construction of new civil construction area accounted for 2%. Government office buildings and other public buildings with government (state-owned) investment or government (state-owned) investment shall be constructed in accordance with the mandatory green building standards of two stars and above.

By 2030, on the basis of the near-term target of 2025, the proportion of high-star green buildings in the area of new civil buildings within the scope of urban construction land in Jingning County will be further increased; Among them, the proportion of new civil buildings constructed according to the mandatory standard of two-star and above green buildings reached 40%; The proportion of new civil buildings built according to the three-star green building mandatory standard has reached 3%.
