In recent years, our city has firmly grasped the main tone of the development of green buildings, comprehensively promoted green buildings, prefabricated buildings, building energy conservation and other work, and achieved outstanding results in the green development of urban and rural construction.

The city has set up a green assembly industry class, which is composed of various county and district governments and 10 municipal departments. It has compiled the Development Plan for Green prefabricated Buildings in Bozhou City, issued Several policies and Measures for Further promoting the high-quality development of the prefabricated building industry in Bozhou City (Trial) and the Action Plan for Building Energy Conservation and carbon Reduction in Bozhou City, focusing on building a green and low-carbon development policy system for urban and rural construction. Continue to strengthen the construction of prefabricated building industrial bases, and promote the development of the whole industrial chain of prefabricated buildings. We will intensify efforts to improve the energy efficiency of existing buildings, and encourage the implementation of the contract energy management model to participate in the energy efficiency renovation of public buildings.

At the same time, the city vigorously carried out pilot demonstrations, and actively organized the declaration of provincial green prefabricated buildings, building energy-saving transformation demonstration projects, demonstration sites and prefabricated building production bases, guided by pilot demonstrations, to drive the enthusiasm of green low-carbon building construction of social subjects. Actively carry out the evaluation of green building signs, and issue the Notice on Strengthening the Star-level Management of Green Buildings to guide the design, operation and development of green buildings.

Up to now, the city has built a total of 30.88 million square meters of green buildings and 10.85 million square meters of prefabricated buildings; Nine prefabricated production bases have been put into operation, and the concrete construction capacity has reached 360,000 square meters/year, and the steel structure construction capacity has reached 1.38 million tons/year, among which 2 provincial prefabricated production bases have been cultivated. 3.398,700 square meters of existing residential buildings and 388,400 square meters of public buildings were renovated for energy conservation. 8 projects implemented contract energy management, with a total project area of 1.177 million square meters, a total investment of 3.059 billion yuan, and annual energy saving of 79.68 million tons of standard coal; Using the rooftop resources of public welfare units and industrial parks, 153 photovoltaic power generation projects have been completed and connected to the grid, generating 179 MW, annual generating capacity of 220 million KWH, annual savings of 70,000 tons of standard coal, 48 projects under construction, designed generating capacity of 63.79 MW.
