Xixian County Housing and Construction Bureau actively guides real estate enterprises and construction enterprises to conscientiously implement the relevant national, provincial, municipal and county building energy efficiency technical standards, and implements daily inspection and supervision of energy-saving construction of projects under construction. Through the signing of the "Xixian County Building Energy Efficiency Target Responsibility Letter" with construction enterprises, it clearly informs the main responsibilities and obligations of all parties to the construction project, and promotes the participation of all parties to perform their duties and ensure the implementation of energy conservation standards.

We will strengthen supervision and control to promote energy conservation

Xixian County Housing and Construction Bureau strictly in accordance with the "People's Republic of China Energy Conservation Law", "Civil building energy conservation management Regulations", "Henan Green building Regulations" and other laws and regulations on the implementation of new building energy conservation standards, from the design, drawing review, construction, completion acceptance of each gate according to the mandatory standards of building energy conservation design, strict control, interlocking. If the energy-saving measures do not meet the requirements and the rectification is not completed according to the provisions, the relevant procedures shall not be handled. The staff carried out law enforcement supervision through regular weekly inspections, on-site core sampling, review and re-inspection, law enforcement penalties and other ways, increased supervision of energy-saving projects, and strictly checked. When inspecting the construction site under construction, check the construction energy-saving construction situation according to the construction drawings, and do a good job in the summary account of the construction energy-saving construction inspection, and order the project to correct the existing problems on the spot, require the construction unit to formulate rectification measures, and submit the rectification results before the follow-up project. For some projects that fail to rectify within the time limit, the Notice of Ordering to Stop Illegal Acts shall be issued until the rectification is in place.
