If the construction unit wants to carry out quality management on the whole process of green building construction, check the special contents of green building when the project is completed and accepted; The construction unit shall incorporate green building technical measures into the construction plan and organize their implementation; The real estate development enterprise shall express the relevant information such as green building grade and main technical index to the purchaser.

According to the Green Building Regulations, the basic level of green building is the bottom line, and the minimum of government investment projects is one star. New civil buildings in cities and towns shall be constructed according to the requirements of green building basic grade and above. Among them, the newly built affordable housing is not less than one star of green buildings, and the newly built office buildings of state organs, large public buildings, and public welfare buildings with state-owned funds participating in investment and construction are not less than two stars of green buildings. Among them, star-rated green buildings and residential buildings that meet the construction standards of near-zero energy consumption buildings are not included in the calculation of floor area due to the use of external insulation.

This year, the provincial housing and construction department will focus on building a green construction supply chain system, promote the green transformation of construction methods and lifestyles, cultivate two "carrier-level" enterprises with an annual output value of more than 100 billion yuan, cultivate 10 leading enterprises with an annual output value of more than 20 billion yuan, cultivate 200 high-tech and "specialized new" enterprises, and build a green construction supply chain system. The province strives to create 9 centralized demonstration zones for green buildings, adding 6.5 million square meters of star-rated green buildings.
